Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the following right of withdrawal:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (conmoto GmbH, Hafenweg 26a, 48155 Münster, Fax: +49 251 284 685 11, Email: info@conmoto.com, Phone: +49 251 284 685 0) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
  • To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

  • If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

  • You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. 
  • For goods that can be shipped by parcel post, we will bear the costs of the return shipment. For goods that cannot be shipped by parcel post (freight goods), you will bear the direct costs of the return shipment. These amount to a flat rate of €75.00 within Germany, €100.00 for deliveries to German islands, and €150.00 within the rest of the EU. Returns from countries outside the European Union are at your expense and must be paid for in full by you. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

3.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

  • for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
