1. Delivery terms and delivery times

1.1 Delivery is handled by our shipping partners. The delivery time is indicated on the product page. Delivery times may vary for custom-made items and international shipments. Specific delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

1.2 If you pay in advance, we will ship the goods after receipt of payment. The delivery period therefore begins on the working day after you issue the payment order to the transferring bank.

1.3 We deliver worldwide. There are no delivery restrictions.

2. Prices and shipping costs

2.1 The prices stated on the product pages are gross prices, include statutory VAT and are subject to any applicable shipping costs.

2.2 We will cover the shipping costs for all deliveries within Germany.

2.3 Special additional services (such as Saturday delivery, late delivery 18-20 o'clock and delivery in the desired time window in the morning/afternoon) are possible for some items and can be added for a fee if the delivery is announced by telephone.

2.4 Higher shipping costs apply to deliveries abroad and to the German islands. These shipping costs can be found on the respective product page, where they are listed alongside the price. The exact shipping costs will also be displayed again on the order page.
